I think you all know that one of my daughters is in school in Britain - she's just finished her second year of studies - Graphic Design and Visual Comunication. One more year for this degree, and then a follow-on year for a BA in Illustration - that's her plan. Here she is with Blondster and their friends at the house we rented in Wales:
And here's my girl in photos from a shoot for a series of ads...
and...
We picked her up at Dulles last night. It's wonderful having her here.

Your daughter's hair looks great considering the weather we've been having her in the UK. I can only assume the photo was taken on one of the two days since May 2002 when it hasn't rained.
She. Is. Gorgeous.
Glad the family is together. Yay for family!
Your daughters really are beautiful, Robin.
So fun to have your whole family home for a bit. Tell your girls to make another video--they're a hoot.
Hey you all - thanks!
I did already put my order in for a new video. Hope they do it - if they do - I'll pop it on here.
By the way, Blondster went red and curly today - she looks good, but I keep looking at her because she doesn't look like herself yet to me. Kinda freaky.
Beautiful mom - beautiful kids. Congrats on being on the deep end of the gene pool. ;-)
Oh, my. Why would she mess with that beautiful hair?
You do make cute kids. And they have cute friends...
Wow! The difference in the face in the too shots is kind of freaky. But yeah, your girls are gorgeous, as if you didn't already know. :)
Hi,
Thanks - yep, those guys aren't too bad, either, are they? They're darling as people, too, which certainly doesn't hurt.
And yep - it is freaky seeing my daughters change from the young women I know to models in professional photos. It's like they morph into altered beings.
Kind of makes you wonder if you'd recognize a 'supermodel' type if you saw her in the grocery, doesn't it? Knowing me, I'd walk right past her. And, of course, she'd be a head taller than I am, so I wouldn't see her face much anyway. There's that as well!
I've shopped for milk and bread in my stillettoes and cape, but no-one ever bats an eyelid.
Yes indeed - you are the mother o beauty. The shots are cool - very retro 80's feel and the jewelry is interesting too.
Glad you're all back together again. Have fun!
Whirl if I'd met you in a cape and stilettos I'd've given you a standing ovation!
Hey Janey!! How are you???
Yeah- i'm with ya- standing ovation indeed.
Hiya Robin! The girls just keep getting better looking. A few more years and they'll give you a run for your money.
Glad the family is all together. You must be loving it. Have fun.
Hey Wood,
How ARE you? How's the house?
It's intact. See blog. Thanks for asking. I'm finally starting to smile again, feels like it's been a while.
Daaaayyyummm, how about ol' Jimmy Page wailing in the closing ceremonies. And who was the chick singing? I missed the intro, but she was awesome. Jimmy looked kinda like an old game bird, but he still has the axe.
She is an absolute beauty - like her mommy! It must be wonderful to have her with you, even for a few weeks!
Both girls are gorgeous!! Inside and out. They take after their mommy.
:-)
Thanks, you all!
